NP Thrive Camp 2024

I was selected as a Sub-Tribe Student Leader for NP Thrive Camp 2024, a key orientation initiative by the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Student Council. This role provided invaluable leadership experience, beginning with a comprehensive two-day training program. During training, I collaborated with student leaders from various courses, developing our sub-tribe cheer and strengthening our teamwork. The camp itself was a dynamic experience, where I was responsible for guiding and supporting a group of freshmen from different schools. I facilitated ice-breaking activities and games, helping them forge connections and navigate their transition to NP. This experience honed my communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, and allowed me to contribute to a positive and memorable start for new students.
